Incompleted Samsung memory transaction.

This writing is my viewpoint regarding this individual's evaluation of me and our "supposed" transaction that never was completed.
1.) I emailed the individual and clearly stated "Why" I had to cancel the transaction.
2.) The individual's communication to me was inconcise and unprofessional.
3.) Individual sent payment first without notifying me, and then sending me an email later.
4.) First payment was NOT the agreed amount.
5.) Individual came across as irate when I indicated that he needed to send the additional funds.
6.) Individual uses "name calling" in his emails to me.
From my perspective, this individual truly did not have the correct information to leave the evaluation he left for me. Yes, he did indicate that I refunded his money, but at the same time his claim is that I wasted his time. In view of that statement, I had to wait for his appropriateness to re-correct the necessary amount of agreed payment.
This writing is NOT a retaliative one, but more so leading towards more clarity of this transaction.
In closing, I believe that this individual was extremely presumptuous with his eval of me and this transaction!
